The new TJR - engine will be modify with a TJR crankshaft 54 mm stroke and a 54mm bore. The base for this modification is the 108ccm Honda Nice engine. A very powerful engine with a great reliability.
The following components will be assembled:
- TAKEGAWA cylinderhead Superhead + R
- Valves E/A 25,5/23,5 or 30/24
- TAKEGAWA camshaft S30 or S35
- TJR crankshaft with 54mm stroke
- TJR special piston 54mm
- TJR clutch optimization with 5 friction discs
- TJR ignition lightened and fine balanced with PVL race ignition
- Special head gasket 54mm
- Zylinder mit neuer Laufbuchse 54mm
- Cylinder with a new cylinder sleeve 54mm
- Crankcase spindled for cylinder 54mm
- Oilspinner ligthened or alloy oilspinner
- Power 19,1 PS bei 11600 U/min
- Torque 12,3 Nm bei 9950 U/min
